Woah There!

We took a long weekend in Embleton in Northumberland, to explore more of the stunning North East Coastline, and of course to hopefully see puffins :o)

We weren't disappointed, the first stop off on the way was at Seahouses where we had fish and chips before getting onto the boat for a trip to the Farnes.

We went last year and it was an *amazing* day.

This day was also fantastic - there weren't as many puffins but enough to get me giddy, as well as plenty of other bird life and fat lazy seals. I think they invented the word 'lol'.

Then onto the Dunstanburgh Castle Hotel to offload, unpack and a quick wander on the stunning Embleton Beach with the castle as a backdrop.
