I have this old book, possibly a hundred years old. The publisher Dow and Lester appeared to have been publishing this type of book since the late 1800's. This book is not dated, but I guess it is between 1906 and 1914.
The title is THE TRUTH ABOUT MY FRIENDS.

...printed on a stuck on leaf of paper at the top of the page.
You have to sign the page and then you can look under it to see what it says. You can see that in the second and third pic on the top row.
