Close Encounters

I went down to Castle Hill in Largs this evening. It was freezing cold, but as I stood by the Cairn I noticed a vapour trail moving across the sky. Further down the hill there were a group of people looking out towards the Sun, it reminded me of that scene in Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
