The morning was spent in a flurry of last minute tour preparations followed by dropping it at the Rugby Club for the guys leaving at midday.
The afternoon was spent reading and simultaneously being updated by text, by Joshua, on his progress between Dover and Falmouth before leaving tonight to catch up with the remainder of the team at Sandford Park.
