Monkeying Around

This afternoon we went for another walk along the Thames at Sonning (which of course included tea and cake at the lock's Tea Garden!) (See last Saturday's blip).  We've had a cold and windy weekend after our warm weather last week, but it was dry and just warm enough to sit outside with a mug of tea to warm me up!  We walked a little way along the river and saw some interesting new boats moored up.  This one of course caught my attention!  

I'm not sure what you call this type of boat - it's obviously not a typical English narrowboat.  I think this may be what's called a Dutch barge.  Anyone out there know?   A better picture here.
