Homeward bound after 10 days of holidays. First Paris, then Scarborough. Top times all round. Croissants to fish n chips... Eclairs to lemon tops ... Boat trips along the Seine to dragon pedalos in Peasholm Park ...

Long drive home from Yorkshire, though having said that, we made it in record time due to completely shunning Newcastle and whizzing through Tyne Tunnel.

Torness looms over the A1 and reminds us that we're nearly home. I think I read somewhere recently that it had leaked and doom laden seepage found bobbing about in the sea.

Ugh.
