Surprise!

I was showing my son a cheap pink camera I was thinking of buying. His face got that "I can't stand this any more" look to it and he said, "Mum, you've already got a new camera!" He'd done loads of research and he and my hubby had clubbed together to buy this for my birthday (which is next month). So I have an early birthday present. I did apologise profusely for spoiling the birthday surprise, but I am thrilled with it! It has virtually the same controls as the s90, but better ISO and shooting options and modes. I think I'm going to have fun with this!

We're all going out for lunch today, Paul included, to continue the three day celebration of our wedding anniversary :-). The weather isn't so nice today - a lot of mist around and damping in the air.
