15mins of tooth extraction op, right awake and immediately up and smiling. Anna is taking everything in her stride and is being a complete star. I'm so proud of her.

This is the main focus of our day. Well that and she will be eating a lot of ice-cream.

J not in great shape so another day at home.

And in the middle of patient care there may be some work.

My usual grateful thanks to the wonderful NHS staff. I hope we aren't getting our monies worth in a closing down sale type way.
