Germination

One of my fellow students is doing some research into the propagation of 'micro greens'.   I am fascinated by his work, which is almost like an art form.  Here are his micro leeks just shooting up.  They taste very good even at this size.  Of course we aren't suppose to taste them because they are all being carefully measured etc to give him some good data to work with.
