Early morning light

Quick trot outside in ones Pj,s.......the rest of the day it was a grey sky....except for a cheer up at 5pm....
Did done " spring Cleaning" today......had to be done......I'm waking up every morning sneezing my head off because of the dust......also did my least favourite job in the world.....changing beds....takes me ages to get the duvet into
The duvet cover ......need that trick where you turn it inside out
Had a lovely catch up with my Daughter H.....had coffee and half a scone with jam and clotted cream ( I'm so easily lead...and here's me trying to reduce my form.....been good..fir a week........nooooooo !!!!!!! hate myself Well 50%... Only half a scone
