The Coat of Arms

In Bristol today I spied this from a café window off Park Street. Thought it might be a Banksy, but apparently it's by Nick Walker. Or perhaps he's Banksy? 

We were in Bristol for a friend's funeral. It's hateful that it takes such an occasion to bring old friends together. And yes, there was celebration too.
