10 April 2015 - Day 100 Ghostwriting

Day 100 of my second year doing a 365 project but the first 100 on Blip so thought I would attempt some light painting again.  I tried it last year and it was hard but this year it was even more tricky.  However I liked the effect of seeing me in the picture so was pleased with how the picture came out.

Day spent driving to Cardiff and back for a number of meetings and my performance review with my line manager.  It went really well, he challenged me on a few things, asking me to develop in a number of areas in the coming months which is exciting and I am up for the challenge (I hope!)
