A plasterer turned up to strip out the bathroom.

He couldn't strip the bathroom. Because he was a plasterer. It needed a plumber to strip the bathroom. He left.

I rang up and complained.

A man said he would get it sorted. I should expect a call to say a plumber was coming.

Phone call never came. I'm expecting nothing now.
