Foot update

I have had a lovely quiet day resting and icing my foot . Kath came for a coffee this morning so I have had some company. I did 2 loads of washing and had a sleep this afternoon very different to last weeks activities. My foot is still very bruised but it's not as swollen as it was and am walking a bit better.
