Will start next week.

I'm visiting the lovely MacIntosh family for a couple of days and Anna has already excelled (as she usually does). This on top of a boot camp weekend and two weeks of no exercise means I'm a bit of a porker at the moment.

Had an impromptu round of golf with Colin on the common so I suppose that's another 10k walk but with more food to come tomorrow it's not looking good.

Still, better than being at work.
