Koreshan State Park

Camping this weekend with Josh at Koreshan. After ending up here by accident and exploring a bit a few months ago we decided it would be a good place to bring the kayak and spend a weekend. Made a reservation and have been waiting for months until we could just set up the tent and enjoy ourselves.
Got here early afternoon and set up. Grabbed a couple drinks and hid in the shade for a while before walking down to the river, where Josh did some tree climbing. While heading back to the site we took a wrong turn on one of the trails and ended up in an area we hadn't seen before...but it was a nice detour since we saw a gopher tortoise hole with its two residents hanging out by the entrance and then saw this guy walking around several feet away.
Relaxed at the site for the rest of the night and stuffed ourselves on steak kebobs cooked over the camp fire. We were too full to even touch the potatoes we cooked in the fire as well.
