Friday Lunch

On Friday, work halts at 1pm, when the SAEP staff assembles at Norton and Jane's house for lunch. Today we ate avocado sandwiches and leftovers from the traditional African dinner Zandile made last night for the departing Dutch volunteers: Pap, boiled cauliflower and spinach, and baked vegetables. Delicious!
