Most egg-cellent!
So the story goes like this...
I ordered The Sister and her husband Easter eggs from that well known chocolatier (other brands are available.) They arrived on Easter Saturday as promised, but upon opening were discovered to be completely bashed into millions of pieces a bit damaged. After due consideration The Sister, who was not behind the door when common sense and righteous indignation were given out, contacted that well known chocolatier to complain. The very next day I receive an apology email and a full refund and today The Sister received this haul in the post.
Now THAT my Blip friends is customer service!
All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt!
