Japanese Chinese

Not as good as British Chinese in my totally biased opinion. It's tasty, but it doesn't fit in my "Chinese food" mental box, if you know whst I mean.
What about Chinese Chinese ? You all cry...
Well I've only really eaten it in Hong Kong, and it was closer to British Chinese, but I'm assuming there is Chinese Chinese and then there is Chinese Chinese...
Maybe British Chinese is more Cantonese and Japanese Chinese is more northern or something!? Any Chinese experts out there?
