Hepaticas Pyrenaica
Apparently these little beauties are not to be found in the British Isles. There are lots of them appearing in the woods and on bits of waste ground. There must be a British variety as I believe they are usually called liverwort. Someone will put me right! I have been catching up with admin today trying to sort out the insurance for the damage done by our leak and trying to get a car service arranged. French customer service being what it is, I should really train for the high hurdles! I will get it sorted eventually! Our francophone conversation leader was not there today so I had to take over and chair the discussions, not that they are very formal. We muddled through anyway.
