Apprehension.

Today I had such a thrill, I finally got to go on the Olympic cycling track. I went on a one hour taster session along with ten or so equally nervous/excited novices. By the end most of us were belting around the top of the banking with the confidence of Chris Hoy, only not quite as fast.
It's so exhilarating going flat out with the wind in your face and having to stomp down on the pedals that bit more on the steep bits to avoid slipping down. Can't wait for level 2.
