City centre building

I noticed this building in the Garnethill area of Glasgow - just off the city centre.

I've no idea what this building is. It looks like a church or synagogue. 

I continue to be amazed at the beauty of Glasgow. The city is full of architectural treasures all hidden and just waiting to be discovered.
