My new watch

First time using my new polar watch and heart monitor today. I went for a little bike ride since not riding a bike in 11 years! Ouch my legs hurt but it's definitely quicker than running.

Timbo has been off today as he twisted his back doing safety checks on the kids playground yesterday, horrible have got him home but not being able to do anything! Doctors tomorrow so fingers crossed for some answers
