Perspective

A cheerful picture today, just in case you were having a pleasant evening (morning/whatever - delete as time zone appropriate).

This is the part of the Famine Memorial on the quays in Dublin. The irony, naturally, is that I nearly didn't wander down that way because I was so full of lasagne and chips.

One hindrance of using the iPhone app is that I've no idea what thumbnail this will generate. Oh well...

A useful day. First, a helpful meeting, and then a catch-up with a recently-retired friend and mentor.

I suspect there'll be much awaiting me in the office in the morning to make up for my absence, though.
