The blue tits have moved into my new bird box with camera installed. Their every move can now be viewed on the tv in the kitchen. Guess what is the most popular channel in our house now.

For the last 2 weeks they have been slowly and casually delivering nesting material. Its been fascinating watching how they have pushed the moss etc into the corners with their head and wings then sat and wiggled their bottom to leave a hole in the middle. In the last couple of days the activity has increased and the sides built right up. Then the hole got a floor covering and suddenly a cup shape has appeared and the bird sits nicely in it.  Eggs on the way soon we hope - will keep you posted.

Although no more box photos for a few days as I am now in Germany until Friday.
