Lillies

Weather a bit cooler and cloudy. Went to see the nurse at the GPs for a check-up. BP "perfect" at 120/70 and sugars ok. Weight far too high so need to start doing something about it. Blood test back next Thursday.

Hope to get out and about a bit more to get some considered blips rather than the purely opportunistic shots.
