Annual meeting

Attended today our flat owner annual meeting. Eight parties are owning the property together and meet on a yearly basis officially and very formally to discuss and decide on operating budget, renovations and any other special investments for the next 12 months. Of course we vote - it is a real Swiss thing ;-)

As usual we met at 7pm in a restaurant in a village nearby where I arrived some minutes too early and took a strong along the tiny harbor.
