The cable car to Fisherman’s Wharf

It was the start of a 3-day trip to the city. This is one of San Francisco’s most popular gathering points — the turnaround for the cable car that goes from Market and Powell to Fisherman’s Wharf. We were on our way to dinner at a restaurant recommended by our favorite local chef. He can always be depended upon for excellent recommendations and this was no exception.
