To keep em in or out?

Had to wonder whether the fence was there to keep the cows in or the tumble weeds out.

Today was a crazy weather day.  Started out with nice weather ~70 degrees Fahrenheit and ended with a snow storm and 29 degrees.  In between those temperatures was a severe wind storm that shut down 100 miles of the freeway after eleven passenger vehicles and six semi trucks pilled up due to poor visibility.
