At the Met

We met old friends at the Metropolitan Museum in Manhattan today and visited this exhibit of American Plains Indian art. Wow. I never realized how fantastic the art of these people was. We had lunch in a cafe at the museum and had a wonderful time catching up with Maeve and Stew who came down from the Mid-Hudson Valley to meet us.

We are now at Schipol Airport after our flight from New York. It is now a day later and we have had all of two hours of sleep. Next flight leaves in an hour and takes us to Athens and the first night of our trip. To say we are tired is an understatement.
