Just like summer

It is just like summer today, blue sky, no wind and HOT. These red tulips have been out just two days and already the edges of the petals are beginning to curl. Like so much in our garden, these are self sown. I started with a dozen, about thirty years ago, and now they are everywhere.
WI meeting tonight and we are to learn how to plant up hanging baskets. Should be fun.
