Canal du Midi

A quieter day. There was quite a cool wind so the temperature dropped. Mum and I went for a short walk along the canal from Argen-Minervois. I thought I ought to post a picture of what the canal should look like, from a short stretch where the trees had been saved. Unfortunately just behind us and in front of us all the trees have gone. They have planted replacements but it will be years before the canal reaches its former glory.

After lunch back home we went to the dog club with my sister, where she teaches. It was fun to watch the dogs on their obedience and agility training. Mum and I did sneak away for an ice cream in Homps mid afternoon though.
