Flowering Cherry

This flowering cherry tree never fails to deliver in the spring , even a hard prune this year did nothing to hold back the explosion of white flowers. The tree was bought with money left to my children by their 'gran gran' hence it is always known by its family name as the 'granny Annie tree' - lovely against the blue sky.
