Resplendent

This is especially for Cormap, whose heart will leap to even see this. 

Aberdeen really was resplendent, and sunny, as it has been on more than 50% of the times I've visited. 

Train trip up, though work was needing to be done before the morning session.  However, a pleasant short trip around the town in the afternoon preceded a pleasant journey down the road by car, where the merits of various quirky roadhouses and milk bars were discussed at length.
