A late blossoming

After a mixed set of games, it was time for the football side to meet the old rivals from Learning and Teaching Solutions. We've met in quite a few finals and the matches have always been close. Bit today (aided by the socks - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2035079456359450238) we won 2-0. Despite playing well against the better teams (including beating the winners of our group) it looks as though our poor performance against some lowly teams means that, for the first time since my first year at the University (2002), we'll be playing in the lesser competition (the Europa league of the competition). Ah well, there's always next year... And, in 2002, we did win the lesser competition...

After the game, it was good to see M and G and catch up. And to see M looking well.

Then it was back to meeting hell. Well, purgatory.
