Mitteleuropa

I'm in the quintessential middle European city - Vienna - for a short stay. Obviously, I'm in a hotel.

A smooth journey via Heathrow, and then on public transport (with a pre purchased and pre printed ticket) from the airport to the hotel. On exiting the U-bahn, and having taken this picture, I then got the tram one stop to the hotel. Just because I could, having an all inclusive 48 hour ticket.

There's a supermarket right opposite the hotel, so I dropped in for some snacks rather than going out looking for some dinner. A quiet evening after quite a long journey, with the prospect of a very full day tomorrow.
