Working on Windows

I asked if I could take a photo of these two working on the windows at the bank.  Not sure exactly what they were doing to the frames and I didn't want to interrupt them again to ask.   The windows could use a wash, but then so could mine.
Another lovely day, and I liked how this fellow was basking in the sun.   Love the ear draped over the window!
