Water buttercups

The water buttercups on our pond have now responded to the sunshine and opened out! 
The day began with 45 minutes in the dentist's chair. He is crowning a tooth which broke recently, and chatted brightly through the procedures!
But I had a numb mouth for a few hours afterwards!
Then it was an hour and a half in the hairdresser's chair - more pleasant!
It was a gorgeous sunny day, so out into the garden after lunch, (not in a chair!) and a session working on the village history project.
No meetings tonight, and it has been lovely to relax at home - and to do some more history!
