Sustenance

Sustenance can look and sound very different from time to time and in place to place.

But it needs to be an active ingredient in our daily walk. It needs to be a vital component of our spiritual well being.

It can be a who? A what? Where? A when? And certainly, a why?

This shot was just a small nugget of sustenance, from a quite moment, in a vastly emotional and challenging day.

Tomorrow, is already happening somewhere, and will no doubt require a continued supply.
