Cooking on....................electric!!

Yes, 8 o'clock this morning the workmen arrived to turn off our gas, someone will come round later to turn us back on, after 5pm probably!!!! Good job my day was already planned!

Got up and had a shower, put washing on and then waited for them to turn the gas off before going shopping at the HUGE Sainsburys near us (other supermarkets are available!) I went because I had a voucher for 12p off a litre of petrol, an offer not to be sniffed at!

Anyway, then went to see Saffy, it was raining so she wouldn't pose for me! Brought shopping home then took myself off to the hairdressers. Hair needed an input of colour and a cut, to tame it, and this is me with the foils in under the lamps!!

Now waiting for normal gas service to be resumed, did organise a tea that could be cooked solely in the electric oven though!
