Biting one's lip

I thought I would sneak a few shots of Luke while he was working out, biting his lip with the effort as so many of us do. I get so inspired by Max's gym shots but sadly can never come close to his incredible images. Luke is enjoying working the evening shift as he has the day to go to the driving range and work out in the gym.

Things have gone mad in South Africa again with xenophobic violence spreading in my home city of Durban. Several countries, including Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Malawi, are arranging to repatriate their citizens. The violence has been triggered by South Africans who perceive foreigners to be taking jobs that they feel they should have. Maybe Nigel Farage can help?
