Bar Hill Fort

Hubby, me and the boys walked up a hill to see a Roman fort and a bit of the Antonine Wall this afternoon.

Youngest has learnt so much about the Romans. He even managed to put hubby right about the relationship between Hadrian and Antoninus (the latter was the adopted son of the former - who knew!? ....erm, youngest did) and who built their wall first. Smart cookie!

I wish these Easter hols could run on and on.
