Kitchen planning

We've been intending to replace our kitchen for over three years, but we've had a few minor structural problems which have been the subject of an insurance claim. After much to-ing and fro-ing with the loss adjusters over the past few years it seems that it's finally going to be resolved. Today we had a pre-contract meeting with the contractor and loss adjuster and the works are due to commerce in June.

That clears the way for us to start planning our kitchen. It was us who actually installed our current kitchen, 22 years ago, before the children were even born, so it's certainly done good service. But now it's time for a major upgrade, so watch this space for the progress.
