A Little Help(er)!

Daughter Number 1 asked for some help to collect a wardrobe from Ikea today. We didn't keep an eye on the time and so missed breakfast by 3 minutes!!! We ate cake instead.

3 hours later, we left Ikea with Wardrobe, cushions and vases! Why can you not leave Ikea without buying anything!

We called into the Garden centre to buy this blasted furniture but there was none there to deal with us - so there goes another day without ordering it! Its getting a bit annoying now!

By the time we got home is was actually raining so no playing in the garden with my new plants. Our neighbour of 4 years popped over for the very first time (how unsociable are we!!!) after Mr W popped over there to check out the fencing situation ready for replacement!

Then a builder working on the neighbour opposite came over to talk front doors. He's a carpenter / joiner so knew far more than the last idiot door man we had and he seemed to get a good sence of what we actually wanted. He left 2 hours later after a reasonable quote. And I might get a proper wooded door after all!!!

All we need now is to win the lottery!!!!
