Littleburn

We were all much more awake today. Me, especially, I didn't fall asleep in the armchair but have just wanted both episodes of "The Code of a Killer" - I don't know if you watched it but it is the true story of how genetic fingerprinting was first used to track down a murderer. It must be wonderful to know that you have discovered something that is so important for forensic science. Really interesting programme.

Bud here is just waiting for me to throw the ball down the slope into the stream. He hurtles down, sometimes it takes him ages to find it, but he always does come racing back up the slope proudly carrying the ball in his mouth. How he breathes as he runs back up I cannot imagine,the ball completely fills his little mouth.
