Couch to 5k day ONE
I put on my new running shoes this evening and set off on day one of couch to 5k! I think the first few seconds of running were the worst as my body didn't know what the hell was happening! Anyway I managed 30 mins of walking and running, 8 mins running in total. Its a start.
My pretty new running shoes were really comfy.
Half a pound weight lost in the last 2 weeks....not great, but still going the right way.
