And train stations!
I had a lovely flight this time and so enjoyed sitting at the window. I did try to sleep but it wasn't happening!
We arrived 10mins early.
I had some waiting time (4hrs) till my train, so found a small Italian near Kings Cross to have some dinner then sat out in the evening sun watching people swing inside the giant bird cage! Very cool and impressed at how many people stopped and had a wee swing! :)
By the time I was just about getting the train home I was getting very tired and starting to walk up the down escalator unintentionally! Had a hot choc while waiting for the platform then pretty much slept on the train till Wakefield (apart from being disturbed by the announcements!). Cathie met me in Leeds which gave us a chance to catch up on the drive home before meeting her family up for the triathlon. Got in the house about 10:30pm, sat and chatted then headed to bed about 11:30/12:00
