Table Mountain, Capetown, South Africa

The weather was all clagged in this morning and we couldn't see Table Mountain at all so we visited the Waterfront area in search of some treasures to take home. The plans all changed very quickly in the afternoon when the clouds lifted off Table Mountain and we were able to go up in the gondola. Such an amazing view! You get a very different perspective from the top. The weather was still coming and going, with the rain having us scurry for cover while still up on top; fortunately the wind was quite gentle. We were greeted by a beautiful rainbow as we made our way back to the car.
Hopefully we'll make our way out to Cape Point tomorrow; the Cape of Good Hope.
