Dinner time

It was just me for dinner tonight. So I fried up some chicken in a little bit of olive oil, fresh chopped garlic, sea salt, cracked black pepper and red peppercorn. Orange, red and yellow peppers were added to the pan once the chicken was almost ready. Just long enough to heat them up, but keep them crispy. Which got put into a sundried tomato tortilla wrap with spinach, diced tomatoes, bacon, marble cheese and a little bit of mayo.
