Back button focus

I am trying out back button focus today ( google will explain it much better than me!). Quite happy with the results and the way it works- but it is static subjects because: believe it or not, no wind this afternoon when I wanted to try it with movement!! So next week will try it out with some birds and see if it is really as good an idea as a lot of people say it is!
